Equipment Introduction:

The equipment is a 6-degree disc structure, consisting of 1 bed, 6 sets of 12 fixtures, 2 sets of welding, 2 sets of cooling systems, 1 set of electrical control system, and 4 sets of gas proportioning regulators.

The worker inserts the workpiece to be welded into the positioning fixture of the turntable, which transports the workpiece to the preheating area for preheating, and then transports it to the welding area for welding with a welding gun,

Adopt an automatic wire feeding device. After welding is completed, the workpiece is cooled by the cooling system and manually unloaded.

Introduction to Welding Process:

The rotary flame automatic welding equipment is used for welding workpiece products, which can achieve manual feeding, automatic wire feeding welding, manual cutting, etc;

This device also uses a set of welding guns with two nozzles to achieve simultaneous brazing, and can set up 12 product workstations.
