Welding product introduction:

1. Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger: Welding between Copper Tube Components and Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger

2. Welding of copper pipes for small pipe fittings with a diameter of 6-12.7mm and copper pipes for large pipe fittings with a diameter of 12.7-27.8mm

3. Welding time within 30-45 seconds (note: start from fixing the pipe fittings - welding completed)

Equipment Introduction:

This plan consists of one dual output water-cooled integrated induction heating power supply, two robots, two workbenches, one safety protection net, and other supporting fixtures.

Note: The robot is equipped with induction welding tongs to complete welding, and is responsible for welding products at two workstations;

Introduction to Welding Process:

Welding is carried out using FD-ST series coaxial transformers (ST series: dual output water-cooled integrated induction heating power supply)

The process flow is: manual sleeve welding ring - pipe fitting assembly - applying flux - pipe fitting fixing - adjusting parameters - robot welding - pipe fitting cooling and cutting - quality inspection, etc;

Fully realize manual feeding, automatic induction welding, automatic cooling, and manual cutting;

And before welding, nitrogen gas needs to be injected to ensure that there is no oxygen scale inside the workpiece, and to ensure that the solder flow at the welding point is uniform and full.
