Equipment Introduction:

The equipment is a dual station brazing system with a 4-point disc structure (consisting of left and right stations for each level, each station having 4 sets of product fixtures). It consists of 1 bed, 2 sets of fixtures for each station, and 3 fixtures for each group, totaling 24 sets of fixtures. There is 1 welding gun for each station, 1 cooling system, 1 electrical control system, 4 compressed air ratio regulators, 1 automatic flux addition system, 1 material inspection system, and 1 automatic ignition system for each station. In addition, safety protection devices are added to ensure the personal safety of surrounding personnel.

Introduction to Welding Process:

Equipment process flow: loading and unloading+ring ring → inspection+automatic application of flux → automatic welding → workpiece water quenching

Loading station: manual loading is adopted, and auxiliary devices such as feeding troughs are equipped at the loading station

Testing+Flux Coating: Testing is mainly used to check whether the product has been installed on the fixture, and based on the testing results, flux is applied to the welding joints of the already installed product.

Welding station: Complete the welding of the product, with adjustable parameters such as welding time and flame position.

Water cooling station: Water cooling the welded products

Cutting station: Automatic cutting is adopted, and the design of this equipment needs to be carried out together with the design of the next equipment, that is, two devices use one robot for automatic cutting. When using automatic cutting, the cutting station and the water cooling station are the same station. And the layout of the two soldering machines requires a mirrored layout structure. And when providing the design proposal, it is necessary to provide the layout of two brazing machines and robot cutting together.

After the first device passes the verification, the second brazing will be carried out, and the robot will automatically cut the material for production and online connection
