Equipment Introduction:
This plan consists of one turntable type automatic induction brazing equipment, one robot, one chiller, one set of safety protection nets, and other supporting fixtures.
Introduction to Welding Process:
The FD-H series fully digital portable induction heating power supply is used for product welding, and the equipment is equipped with 16 workstations;
The process flow is as follows: manual sleeve welding ring - application of flux - fixing of pipe fittings - adjusting parameters - high-frequency welding - cooling of pipe fittings - robot cutting - quality inspection, etc;
Fully realize manual feeding, automatic induction welding, automatic cooling, and robot automatic feeding;
And before welding, nitrogen gas needs to be injected to ensure that there is no oxygen scale inside the workpiece, and to ensure that the solder flow at the welding point is uniform and full.
