Welding product introduction:

1. Welding of pipe joints and distributors: porous distributors, etc

2. The diameter range is within 0-30mm, 30-60mm, 60-100mm, etc., subject to the actual specifications of the workpiece;

3. Welding time is within 8-14 seconds and 20-40 seconds, depending on the actual welding time of the workpiece (note: from the moment the pipe is fixed to the moment the pipe cools down)

This plan consists of 2 FD-H series fully digital induction heating power supplies, 1 chiller, and other related supporting fixtures.

Introduction to Welding Process:

Welding is carried out using duplex induction brazing equipment (FD-H series: digital portable high-frequency induction heating power supply);

The process flow is: manual sleeve welding ring - pipe fitting assembly - pipe fitting fixing - parameter adjustment - high-frequency welding - pipe fitting cooling and cutting - quality inspection, etc;

Fully realize manual feeding, automatic induction welding, automatic cooling, and manual cutting;

And ensure that the workpiece is free of oxygen scale during welding, and ensure that the solder flow at the welding point is uniform and full.
