This plan consists of one FD-H series fully digital induction heating power supply, one chiller, and other related supporting fixtures.
Introduction to Welding Process:
Welding is carried out using a single station induction brazing equipment (FD-H series: digital portable high-frequency induction heating power supply);
The process flow is: manual sleeve welding ring - pipe fitting assembly - pipe fitting fixing - parameter adjustment - high-frequency welding - pipe fitting cooling and cutting - quality inspection, etc;
Fully realize manual feeding, automatic induction welding, automatic cooling, and manual cutting;
And ensure that the workpiece is free of oxygen scale during welding, and ensure that the solder flow at the welding point is uniform and full.
